Delivery Regions

Koro Gaia ships within Kenya and worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery rates are shown automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Shipping Within Kenya

• Nairobi: KSh 350. Free on orders of KSh 7,500 or more.
• Rest of Kenya (incl. Mombasa): KSh 800. Free on orders of KSh 10,000 or more.

At checkout, select Nairobi or Rest of Kenya as your delivery option. Orders are delivered by our local courier.

International Shipping (via DHL Express)

We ship worldwide through DHL Express. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and customs.

Import duties & taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in your order total or shipping fee. Depending on your country's rules, DHL may collect import duty and/or VAT from you before your parcel is released for delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. If you'd like to know what to expect, please check with your country's customs office before ordering.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to factors outside our control; including weather, customs, or courier issues. Koro Gaia is not responsible for delays once an order is in transit.

Recycling Program – Nairobi Only

We offer a Recycling Reward Program for customers in Nairobi. Return 5 empty Koro Gaia bottles and receive a discount on your next purchase. To arrange a return, email customercare@korogaia.com. We look forward to expanding this program to more regions soon.
