In the terms and conditions below terms “we”, “our”, “us” are in reference to Koro Gaia and “you” or “your” are in reference to Koro Gaia visitors and customers.
“Goods” or “products” are in reference to items displayed on our commercial platforms.
All commercial platforms for Koro Gaia are as follows: www.korogaia.com; telephone and WhatsApp transactions on +254790498363; Facebook at Koro Gaia; and @koro_gaia for Instagram transactions.
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on all Koro Gaia commercial platforms.
As a Koro Gaia customer using any of our platforms you are bound by the terms and conditions stated below. Koro Gaia reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions without notice at any given time.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Kenyan law and any disputes shall be decided only by the Kenyan courts.
All purchases are currently only available online through our commercial platforms.
As for physical locations these are limited to pop ups and markets; customers will be notified within a reasonable time frame through our platforms for more informations of such events.
We have not sanctioned any third party to sell our products. Products sold on our website or other platforms are not eligible for resale. Purchases are limited to 4 items per any one product. We reserve to the right to cancel any orders we believe in breach of this provision.
All products purchased on any of our commercial platforms are for personal and domestic use and are not eligible for resale. Any persons found to be selling . Returns on items bought from an authorised retailer cannot be returned or refunded.
We will try to ensure we keep you updated on any pop up stores or markets we set up at through our platforms; social media and newsletters.
All orders are subject to availability. Koro Gaia cannot guarantee the availability of goods as they appear on our platforms. We will do our best to keep all platforms synced and up to date with products available for purchase.
If a product is unavailable there is an optional waiting list to ensure once the item is restocked customers who have requested to be notified will be contacted immediately. The waiting list can be accessed through:

All orders can be made by through our commercial platforms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
To be eligible to purchase, enter into and form a contract as per Kenyan Law you must:

Koro Gaia retains legal ownership of goods until full payment has been completed and received by us. Legal ownership of goods will immediately revert to us if we revert any such payment.
If an item is not available we may notify you through your submission on the product's waiting list form.
All prices shown on the website are available in USD inclusive of Kenyan VAT (Value Added Tax), stated at 16%.
Currencies available for all transactions are in US dollar, alternative African currencies will be implemented on the website by May 2023.
Payments must be cleared before your order is dispatched.
All deliveries outside of Kenya may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by your local customs office for which Koro Gaia will not be liable. Of the stated levies we advise you check your country's custom duties and taxes before making an order.
All deliveries over $50 are eligible for free delivery within Kenya.
All standard deliveries are $4 within Kenya and will take 2-3 business days.
Next day express delivery is $10 provided the purchase has been made between Monday to Thursday by 4pm EAT.
If there is a delay in we will contact you immediately either by telephone or email.
Shipping to P.O.Boxes is currently not an option provided for.
All international shipments are subjected to a flat rate of $20 for orders below $150 and free delivery for orders above $150. All international deliveries will take 3-6 business days with no express next day deliver available at the moment.
International deliveries are limited to:

If you have cancelled your order and have already paid for the goods then you will receive a full refund provided the order has not been dispatched yet.
Refunds are available for products that have not been used and still in their original condition within 14 days of the payment receipt. In certain cases we may be able to offer a replacement product.
We will refund the payment as soon as possible in the original payment method.
To request a return contact us so we can issue a return form. Returns made will incur a processing fee subject to the order made.
Returns will be collected from the address provided for in the form sent via email.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
We will not be responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been previously communicated to us about.
We regret that delivery costs for items already dispatched cannot be refunded.
The recycle program allows for Koro Gaia customers to return used Koro Gaia bottles in exchange for a complimentary product.
Recycle program is subject to a tiered hierarchy of products. Eligibility for a free product are as follows:
For 20ml: 6 corresponding 20ml empty bottles
For 30ml: 4 corresponding 30ml empty bottles
For 100ml: 5 corresponding 100ml empty bottles
Customers may express their elected complimentary item, ultimately the choice resides at the discretion of Koro Gaia.
Currently the program is only available for returns within Kenya, for other countries we will keep you updated.
Customers found to defraud the program will no longer have access to Koro Gaia on all online platforms.

The ‘Refer a Friend’ program is only available to previous Koro Gaia purchasers. In return the referee is eligible to 20% off their next purchase.
There is no limit to the number of friends a referee can introduce.
All offers are limited however to one transaction per referral and cannot be accumulated to use on a singular order.
If we discover the use of several we reserve the right to cancel your order.
All Koro Gaia products have been certified and tested under the Standard Act Chapter 496 by virtue of KEBS (Kenyan Bureau of Standards).
All products are manufactured in small batches to ensure premium quality with respect to the organic nature of the products. Due to this minor variations and inconsistencies will occur from every batch, which is expected by Koro Gaia. This is entirely normal and each batch is subject to standardisation by KEBS (Kenyan Bureau of Standards) to ensure it is fit for the consumer. You, as the buyer will accept the minor variations and shall only be entitled to refuse the whole or part of the goods if the variation renders the good totally unfit for the purpose and nature of its intent.

Subject to Koro Gaia’s Privacy Policy unsolicited information sent to Koro Gaia regarding our products or products suggested for you, hereby grant Koro Gaia royalty free and non-exclusive right to use. Right to use can expound: adapt; reproduce; modify; alter; sub-license; transfer; publish; translate; sell; distribute; assign; display; create derivative work from; display information in any form media, technology, other platforms either inclusive or exclusive of parts of other work. Information sent to us evidenced as: regarding our products; ideas; thoughts; queries; suggestions; or suggested products.
Koro Gaia is not obligated to monitor how the site is used. However, Koro Gaia reserves the right to disclose any information as required by law.
